UNDERSTANDING THE "CORE" OF THE MBTI DICHOTOMIES AND HOW TO NETWORK
Participants will gain a more in-depth understanding of the importance of diversity and working with different personalities. Participants will receive key rules for successful networking and key identifiers to engage various personality types. They will then participate in an interactive lesson that utilizes the core functions of MBTI (ST, SF, NF, NT) to experience how it might feel like to personally interview with someone with that personality type.
MYERS & BRIGGS PERSONALITY TYPE ASSESSMENT
Group activity that allows members to participate and learn about their personality type and how to interact with other people with the same or different personality types. The objective is to understand how different personality types interact within the team. Participants get the opportunity to get an in-depth view of their personalities as well as the positives and challenges that each personality types in regards to their professional and personal lives. Participants will receive a digital breakdown of their MBTI dichotomies.
PERSONAL CULTURE AND THE IMPACT ON COMPANY CULTURE
Team members will explore how they grew up culturally. They will be challenged to analyze the positives and negatives in such thinking and reflect on if they are bringing their cultural norms to the workplace. Culture is a set of beliefs and values about what is desirable and undesirable in a community of people, and a set of formal or informal practices to support the values." Beliefs are perceptions about how things are done. Values are aspirations for how things should be done.
